House Cleaning FAQs
1. How much does the house cleaning service cost?
Cleaning costs vary depending upon the area to be cleaned. To get a free estimate, call us at 1-800-SARNI-75 or email us at housecleaning@sarnidrycleaners.com.
2. Are you insured and bonded?
Sarni Cleaners is fully insured and bonded. We can provide a
copy of our certificate upon request. Our staff have all passed
background checks and have all been highly recommended.
3. Will the same person come to clean our house every time?
Normally you will have the same team clean your home, unless a team member is off that day. In that case, the other members
of the team will be the same ones as before.
4. Do I need to be present for the cleaning service?
No. You can provide us with a key or a
garage code. If your home is equipped with a security system please
ensure that it is in an unarmed position prior to arrival. On the other hand, you can also choose to be at home.
5. What if I need to change my cleaning schedule?
If you must reschedule or skip your regular cleaning day, we
appreciate at least 48 hour notice. If we receive less notice, we may assess a full cleaning in the agreed amount.
6. Do you bring your own tools and supplies for cleaning?
We bring our own cleaning supplies and vacuums. However, if you have special needs, we will honor your request.
7. What about my pets?
We are very pet friendly. All we ask is that you give us instructions on how to care for your pets while we are in your
home.
8. How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment
with check, cash or money order should be left on the kitchen counter on the day of the cleaning. Returned checks may be subject to a $35.00 fee. You may also choose to have a credit card on file with us.
9. What if the job did not meet my standards?
If you not satisfied with the quality of our
work, please call us within 24 hours of the
cleaning. We will redo the area in question at no charge.
